A note to leaders: No one is above a task

Some people are better suited or can be pushed towards certain tasks; no one if above doing work that the team requires. No one is too good to suffer enduring challenging or tedious work.

The lead should line up to dig the ditch and do the hard grind. If a lead doesn’t roll up their sleeves and do what they are asking of others, why would anyone follow them?
